We, The Group of They, will strive to make a game that provides a pleasurable and
entertaining experience while maintaining the same atmosphere within the development
environment. By perpetuating this atmosphere of optimism we feel this will improve the
overall work ethic and product quality. We will uphold a set schedule of forty hours
per week in order to suppress stress and promote teamwork. We will emphasize completeness
over complexity and guarantee that there will be only one or two main game features that
will be polished and tweaked extensively. We feel this model will help us to succeed in the
constrained time period of five months without sacrificing the final product.
